Override for turning CombatRifle's 0.38 receiver to use 5mm instead.

Overrides and turns Combat Rifles 0.38 Receiver to use 5mm caliber ammo.
Fully automatic [fire rate 127], so Commando perk line will enhance damage further.
has 40% penetration base value set.
Still requires player to have Gun Nut 4 perked.
I did not touch any levelled lists, so it can be possible to be spawned eventually to the npc shopkeepers inventory list if it was there in the 1st place.
Has 3 versions [Base, +15% damage, +30% damage], only use 1 and if you are using any other mod that changes receiver's in anyway, place my mod the last in load order.
