Kid was (quite obviously) supposed to be Asian, my dude, any reason you gave him the White Kid makeover? Clothes I get, cuz the water merchant is the least likely kid to be living in rags, but still.
You know I think what he is wearing in vanilla is fine, if he is a hustler he would play every angle(Like the poor boy who can only afford rags angle). It would be funnier if his house was filled with expensive s#*! while he still dressed like an orphan. Not that im saying you should change your mod to reflect my idea or anything. Just giving my opinion on how I perceive the character.
