Looks really great. Unfortunately, installing it gave me the brown face bug/glitch - so I had to deinstall. :-( Must be some issue with Bethesda, not the mod.
Guess so, since this mod adds a single texture to the game as a replacer. It's prolly due to the HD texture DLC, I guess you have it installed.
If this is the case there are some fixes you can try, both here on the nexus and via Google search.
The easiest I can remember is to rename the HD texture DLC .esm to something else, while keeping it activated in your loadorder, like it is a 3rd party mod. This way it shouldn't activate some hardcoded behaviours which are one of the possible causes of the brown face bug.
Actually this is a normal bug in the game if I recall. I havnt seen it in a while though ill admit... not sure. havnt really changed my mods any. Either way it can be temporarily fixed by saving and loading if I recall
But the pee pee stains are the best way to tell which part of the bed is the headboard and which isn't... the stain is almost like an arrow pointing toward the "top" portion of the bed. Seriously that's how I tell which way to turn the bed when moving/placing them XD

Great retexture though!
