I'm using the LMCC version and several characters have brown faces. Not sure how to fix since I'm using the 2k textures for face stuff so not sure what might be affecting it.

I have a problem with the textures of the settlers, their faces appear in a different color than the body, help !!!

This happens to me as well, though not all newly spawned settlers are affected. It does happen to the 2 women at Abernathy farm 100% of the time though.

Edit: I was missing THBrow and it solved my issue after reloading a couple of times.

Thought I would mention it here as well as on the Commonwealth Cuts page, but the hairstyle "Annie" causes a CTD when selecting it in the creation menu. So on that note, I'm going to assume if any of the settlers that you have here show up at a settlement with that hairstyle, your game is going to crash. And it is going to keep crashing if settlers keep showing up with that specific hairstyle.

Not sure what causes it, but just selecting the hair in creation causes a CTD, so going to assume if a settler arrives with that hairstyle, it will also cause a CTD. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Commonwealth Cuts does not contain a hairstyle named Annie. It's probably from Misc Hairstyles and they're not updating anymore. Also, when mod testing don't you think I'd notice this?

Yeah like I replied on the other page, my mistake, apologizes. Was odd cause it is right in the middle of all your hairs in the customization menu, so figured it was one of yours.

And bugs/glitches happen. Tons of mods that have been tested can miss one little thing. Thus why players submit bug reports to let the authors know about something they might have missed. Not saying you're not complete in your testing and not meaning to offend, just saying sometimes not everything is 100% perfect. Even some of the most basic mods can have an "oops" moment.

But in this case, it was my own mistake, not yours. So no worries.

For some reason the plugin thinks the headparts are in LMCC instead of CC. Might be problematic.
Also EncWorkshopNPCFemaleFarmer05 [NPC_:001C2689] is missing a FTST - Head Texture entry and a MRSV - Body Morph Region Values entry.
EncWorkshopNPCFemaleFarmer07 [NPC_:001C268B] is missing a FTST - Head Texture entry

I've been fixing these issues while I work on my Settlers Patch plugin. I'll upload the plugin for you when I'm done.

It looks like MRSV - Body Morph Region Values entries are optional. Is that true for the face textures as well? I haven't seen any vanilla entries without them.

Here's the plugin with all the formID issues fixed. I also added back face textures when they were missing (not sure if that's necessary, and if not it might not be desired.)

Oh, thanks! Yeah I was doing the head part thing at first to get the hairs on, but they made all the Settlers' faces reset their textures, so I switched to presets with face ripper.

Okay I fixed some stuff with that, I took out the hair headparts because I wasn't using them and add the head textures for those two settlers in the AP version. However, I was surprised it was those two settlers with an issue seeming as they spawn a lot with no problems. So... I'm assuming the head texture entry really isn't needed. I also redid 3 settlers I recently put in because I put them in as new entry and not override, lol.

KSHairSettlers LMC.esp only requires KSHair.esp and not Appealing Moles.

Yeah, ESP wise, but if you don't get Appealing Moles half your settlers will have ugly blotches.

Is this compatible with Better Settlers?

Sorta? I think this will just replace some of the settlers included in Better Settlers, try putting this lower on the load order and it should work. They might have vanilla settler stats though.

So I added it my mods and let LOOT sort them out. It put yours ahead of all Better Settlers' plugins so I went with it. Since using it I've gotten four new settlers each with vanilla hair choices and was starting to think it wasn't going to work. That's when I went to start the Tenpines Bluff mission and the female settler there had a lush mane of thick blonde hair. It honestly freaked me out for a second.

So, I'll give it a few more settlers and see what's what. It appears to be working, but it might need to load after BS' stuff. We'll see. Just wanted to keep you updated.

Thanks for letting me know, I thought it might work that way if you had the extra settlers BS. I have like the 1.0 version of that mod and basically every settlers gets replaced.

I haven't noticed any incompatibilities so far, and no conflicts in the plugins.
