    Update 1.01 is out:

    - No more annoying "hello" or "yes" response from every new npcs. I didn't change vanilla npcs, so you still get some random comments when you are close to them
    - Mailbox is swapped with a new object with different ID name. I am not sure, it won't disappear again... i hope

    Update 1.02:

    Nexus user Thirdstom made the "cleaned" version of the esp file, so I uploaded it for you.

    For some people the " Deleted " flag causes issues. All of the " Deleted " records have been switched to "initially disabled" which many consider to be healthier and less likely to cause conflicts with other mods.

    How to get this mod working seamlessly (Follow in order):

    1) Download "Cleaned esp file" at the bottom of the downloads page. That's all you need. Install it.

    2) Get this deleted navmesh fix

      i still get the error in loot after instaling the navmesh fix file anyone else ?

      the original file is still dirty but the fix is lower in the load order so it should overwrite the dirty file. I suppose

      same here, tried this and does not work, news bin and other objects still flashing and vanilla objects clipping through train and etc...

      Yes, even manually setting the load order, you still get the flickering objects. Maybe 1.01 is the safest bet.
      -edit 1.01 is dirty, but can be cleaned in xEdit.
      -edit so 1.01 does the same thing, even after cleaning.  Flickering box and stuff going through the train.  You could always disable the fence, but the flickering newspaper box and whatever else is something else.  Could be a PRP thing as I do use PRP 74, but I guess its a loss for those who do not like flickering.
      I will try version 1 to see if that flickers as well.
      -edit well that was a waste.  Tested each version, used the referenced fix commented above, cleaned each ESP, they all resulted in the same thing.  Things going through the train and flickering newspaper bin and other stuff.  While it does add supplements to the bar, it also add a couple minor issues, but I will say, I did not crash entering into the bar, so I guess it mostly functions, minus those minor bugs.
      edit- I noticed in another video that was showcasing the bar that they had a couple flickering things as well, notably a radio, so it is not just PRP.

    Would this conflict with items placed by other mods, namely the unique Union Guard by FX0x01's MK18 CQBR mod? Given the overhaul it looks like the counter it sits on is no longer there lol. Also, is the Gwinnet recipe holo still in the same spot?

    Fyi, there is now a patch for The Better Third Rail available on Subway Runner Revised (Optional Files section). The patch also fixes some issues.
    @Mika999, if you want i can upload a fixed version of BTTR (cleaned ITMs, UDRs, NavMesh, etc.), let me know.

    Hello. When I first came in, I had a bar full of people, like in the screenshot, then I came in - and it was half empty. Is this a bug or is it intended to be like this?

    New added npcs will be headless if you're also using X-Cell. Will need facegen patch.

      It does, but there will be lots of clipping like a chair half in a wall. So it needs to be adjusted to fit.

    Really awesome mod!!! Something like this should have been in the original game! Makes goodneighbor feel so much more alive :)
    My character comes into the Third Rail after a long day of exploring, has a few drinks and listens to Magnolia sing. Nice to just slow down and relax.

    This conflicts with PRP for anyone wondering. I don't really get FPS issues in that cell so to fix the conflict simply let this mod take priority. It only modifies one cell and shouldn't break anything.

      Yes, if using MO2 make sure it's below PRP.
