No. Video setting/s set to low? Running on a lower end rig? If not, try the ole install on a test profile and see if it works then. If it does, mod conflict, but not sure how in this case... but it's been a long time since playing this... game. I won't be here, if you are here & respond, so I apologize, for lack of response. Go to the "WTR" folder under textures and change the color of those two files (I'm assuming, since I haven't actually done it). Should be incredibly easy.
This is cool. Thanks for the other worldspace. Too bad I can't get my companions to follow me here lol. I changed mine to black. Works for me. Thanks Gearhog and ScrollTron1c for the idea to change the background color. I opened the .dds files in Gimp and just changed the white to black with the brush. Can someone tell me how to increase the lighting? I opened the esp in the CK & I couldn't find any lights. I've looked in both the .nif & .bgsm files, modified some values to test & everything I've tried seems to do nothing. Thank you.
So i recently came back to fallout 4, and wanted to test some mods, typed coc wtr and the game would immediately crash. know what could be causing this? when i previously used the mod about 4 months ago, it worked perfectly fine :/

Yep works fine, changed this to black myself.
