    Thank you Ulanx,
Good modding so far. Yours were important contributions.
As the wise saying goes : " It's not quantity, it's quality ".

( I'll add : Also fulfilling a need or want. Sometimes, one that
was not yet realized, until someone like you makes it. )

PLEASE DON'T DO THIS IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT WORKING WITH FILES AND FOLDERS IN GENERAL!
I'm in no way will take responsibility for any mistake you make. If your Game breaks or your Computer or the Relationship you're into it's completely your own fault!

In Case you just want the Bathtube without an additional ESP in your Modlist than you can do the following:

    1. Download File Upright Bathtube Clean or weathered MANUALLY
    2. Unpack rar File somewhere (best in a new Folder)
    3. go to Tub\Data\Meshes\Bathreplacer\Upright and rename BathtubBroken01a.nif to BathtubBroken01.nif
    4. Copy or move BathtubBroken01.nif to your Fallout 4 Installation Directory to Data\Meshes\SetDressing\Building (replace if necessary (should not be the case)
    5. Delete Tubbytub.esp and Folder Meshes from your unpacked Directory
    6. Move Folders Materials and Textures from your unpacked Directory to Fallout 4 Installationdirectory into \Data

et voilĂ  Clean Bathtube without ESP. Brahmintrough is now also clean. If you don't like that get yourself one of the Brahimfeeders Mods

People should be aware that if they use this method that they should back up the original texture and mesh somewhere as this is irreversible if you happen to overwrite the originals. If you are dead set against using a plug in the best option is to create an archive without an .esp and install it through NMM.

I set this up with an esp as it is easy for people new to mods to simply check/uncheck an esp in their load order when trying different mods. Yes there is a limit (a fairly high one) to the number of esp files you can have but life is all about choices, yes?

Experienced modders will have no problem pulling this apart and using the assets without a plug in

What I absolutely looovve about Romuluz' idea is that in order to get rid of an .esp, you'll have to add a new one to get yee 'ol Brahmin feeding trough back

Romuluz I'll follow your tip to eliminate esp. But does the folder path for textures remain the same?

Thanks for the stainless utility sink and weathered upright bathtub, just what I was looking for...

    Endorsed!

Downloaded and installed the stand-alone version and it works perfectly. In many settlement places putting a stand-up shower in existing structures just didn't look or feel right to me. Upright Bathtub, whether new or weathered looking, fits perfectly. Thank you.

Getting missing textures with the stand alone version (purple items). Works fine with the replacement version though. Maybe you can check? Worse case I'll just use the old weathered version.

Oh I think it was the paths in the BGSM files playing up. I've fixed them (hopefully) so re-download and see how you go.

Stand alone version? THat's awesome! Now I can build nice, clean tubs, while the raiders can keep their nasty rustbuckets.

And here I was going to mention you in the acknowledgements... All the "sammiches" belong to me so make your own (actually I'm about to get something to eat before I start getting hangry, would you like anything?)

Why does this need an esp? Is it not a replacer? There is a limit to the number of esp files in a load order.
