About this mod

Straightened Bathtub with clean retexture

Upright Bathtub

Very simple mod from a very simple modder!

The broken bathtub was bugging me far more than it probably should have so I've straightened up the mesh and given the texture a tidy up because I'm not putting my fabulous body in that god awful rust pit.

I'm most assuredly not an expert modder so I haven't edited the mesh in any other way beyond straightening the tub up.  It still has three legs and no tap handles.  In the mean time if you are unable to suspend your disbelief long enough to accept an upright, three legged bathtub, then pop a book under the tub where the leg should be, take a deep breath and go on your merry way.

While it's not much, please don't repost this anywhere else.

Also you can check out my Stainless Steel Utility Sink here:  http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18055?

Installation

There are three options.

Two individual "Replacer Versions"

The nice clean tub with a texture similar to clean hand basins and a sligtly weathered tub with some noticable lime scale and grey pipes.  Download one or the other (not both) with NMM and let it do the work.  Otherwise download the archive of your choice and manually install all files in the corresponding locations.

The Stand Alone Version (Huge thanks to @Femshepping for putting this together)

This places stand alone versions into the "Furniture > Miscellaneous" category of the workshop.  The original, dirty tub remains in the "Furniture > Fixtures" category.  Again install by using NMM or Manually.

Compatibility

This replaces the vanilla bathtub so the only thing it will conflict with is any mod that overwrites the vanilla tub.  This mod doesn't impact on the feeding troughs so you still have a broken, rusty model you can use.

Future Plans

If I can learn how to make meshes I'll also look at adding tap handles in and fixing up the missing foot.

Acknowledgements

@Femshepping for the Stand Alone Version and helping me on my way with some Modding tips - Mountains of Thanks :)

@Araflin I married him, it's my own fault...
