Made minor adjustments to locations in Nuka-World to allow vertibirds that are not currently loaded to be called via radio or signal flare to your location.

Corrected the archives included with the mod. I might have saved the texture archive over the script archive by mistake which is why the wheel didnt work for anyone.
Corrected the order in which Nuka-World was placed. The ship should now travel to the proper destinations.
Added extra protections for the alarm clock not actually building the airship.

Added atmospheric water production to bypass needing a supply line since brahmin would never figure out how to get outside.
Added ability to change the pilot's outfit.
Added new locations in Far Harbor as well as a spot in Nuka-World.

Fixed fast travel/vertibird fast travel to the new Glowing Sea location.
Replaced airship pieces in all location for potential future support (F4SE abilities pending) to change paint job on the fly. This should also add the ability to give a standalone texture.

*Attempted* to fix the issue some people were having where they built the airship, but only got an alarm clock. Onit event did not seem to appear to execute for some people, replaced with the onload event.
Named the BSA file correctly... v1.6 had the wrong name; accidentally forgot to name it with the "- main" bethesda friggin' hard coded -.-

Fixed default location to spectacle island. This may have caused some confusion as to where doors lead to.

Changed vertibird landing behavior so it doesn't circle around your location before landing anymore.
