I might know a fix for the pre-war stuck glitch this causes, in my playthrough of nearly 600 mods(not going through that) I used console commands to move myself outside the starter house, opened the door, then used the couch to clip through the barrier. I do use start me up redux, and it triggered fine.
DAMN that was annoying this is the mod that interrupts Nora's speech in the character creation and causes the character generation to not proceed. It sucks having to go through 188 mods to find the one that is completely breaking the game. and its 2024 and its not fixed!! released in 2016!! no less.
The game will get to the part where you get to choose your gender. Nate will say "War never changes", but almost as soon as Nora starts talking, the game appears to lock up. The dialogue does not continue and Nora/Nate continue to just stand there and do nothing.
To be honest, I almost wonder if there's simply a compatibility issue with this mod and changes made by Bethesda to the game. As such, this mod really should be flagged as potentially incompatible with FO4. The last time this mod page was updated was nearly 2 years ago so it wouldn't surprise me.
Nice idea, immersive and lore friendly, really good plot, the Slog is a suitable start point for gouls related quests! But this mod is buggy cause Patrick Sood seem to be not a common companion but a quest one and he cause the noticed "NO TALK" bug with vanilla companions. I had not able to end the quest because he do not talk at the last time. I'm sorry, I really respect your effort on this mod, and I really appraise your plot..

This is a game breaking mod which will cause you to get stuck, and it will cut off NPC dialogue. Avoid at all costs.
Let me be clear about the issue for mod author:
