Curious why no one has posted pictures of this place? It reads like a good idea. But I'm not testing this in my game, unless I am comfortable knowing it's a solid mod. You know?
It appears that the textures in this mod are neither DXT-compressed nor mipmapped. DXT compression saves on texture memory, and cuts its footprint down to a quarter of its size. The mipmap is necessary for proper realtime rendering.
..seriously luv this mod...always bothered me that ole "robo ball" kept "trimming the verge" but alas let the house fall into ruin?...he thought maybe that you would prefer living in the bushes after your absence?...pffft! silly robot!!!..combined this with repaired roofs, paint that wall, patch that hole, clean sanctuary roads..a TON from Elianora ( luv your stuff Eli!!!! )..rediculous amounts from foreverasir ( trees trees trees!!!!!) and so many others "working goodies" such as sinks showers radios stereos cannabis commonwealth ..lets just say that Sanctuary and beyond have been coming back to life with your help ( combined )..so thank you from a silverbearded/long silver haired old guy with FAR too much time on my hands since I retired from touring ..you make this stuff a bit more fun ...( and sorry bout the "book" for a posting ..hehe ) edit : by chance would you know of a mod that repairs all "usable houses" in Sanctuary but, keeps your "feel" to them?..or maybe are you planning such?
Is the closest thing I know to a mod like this but I have not really played with it so I cannot say what the houses look like or if they conflict with my mod.
This is great. The perfect mix of the house still being some 200 odd years old, but Codsworth still doing upkeep to more than just the bushes out the front. Now if only I could find something similar for the rest of the neighbourhood. It always kind of irks me that 20+ settlers can't be bothered patching up the huge holes in any of the Sanctuary houses I make them live in. It's like they WANT rad storms and such blowing a gale through the place...
Additionally, Bethesda has said they are aware of and looking in to the problem, especially since it is an even bigger issue for consoles (lacking many of the workarounds we do have), and hope to fix it in an upcoming update (this was like a month ago). So, it should hopefully become a non-issue in the future.
There is another cell reset bug i did not hear people about yet. I wanted the suply routes to be done with big ass robots but all the robots i build in settlements with reset bug will reset to the default crap robot...
Is this only supposed to work on your individual home? Not all the homes in Sanctuary? I tried it out and it only fixed that one home. Also, I could walk right through the pillars of the carport - they seemed to have no collision mesh.

Coupled with a small cleanup and repairs to the fallen houses, this would be an excellent mod. I may do something like that in the future.
also i visited my aunt in Paris and she lives in a 300years old house that looks better that the one i'm renting lmao

EDIT.
Sorry i tend to post stupid questions before reading the Description.
But wait, there's more...
1) Get this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6698/?
2) Empty, scrap, and rebuild your frames.
3) Only use player-created containers to store stuff.
4) No more effects of the cell-reset bug.
5) Laugh and mod to your heart's content!
+1 point in my book! (not that my book matters)

edit also if you want collision with that bit, till I figure out how to fix it, overwrite the roof in my mod with repaired sanctuary roofs.
