i have the G.E.C.K, grabed the the all in one resource, and when i clicked the store all junk button in sancuary... it all turned it 3000 adhesive and only 3000.
Not hating or anything but this is also relatively easy to do as a batch file. The advantage of which is you can control how much of "whatever" you are getting, AND it doesn't cause instability issues that having a metric ton of scrap sitting in your inventory / workbench might cause. There are known issues with the limitations of the game engine (also why the vanilla game shipped with a max size limit for settlements) and you can overload that limit with too much inventory in your workbench.
The other option is to simply use TGM from the command line, it allows your to build without limits however it does not apply to crafting. For that the batch file is still the better option.
This may be a bit late for some, but if the shipment disappears while transferring junk, do this instead. Go to the actual item in your pip-boy/inventory, drop it, then go to build mode and scrap it, all content will go straight to workbench.
Found a pseudo work-around and possibly a cause for the "Shipment of Everything" disappearing from a player's inventory. It seems to be tied to using an upgrade bench such as Weapon or Armor upgrade benches but also affects any modded in benches as well. If you use one of these benches with the Shipment either in your inventory or in the settlement's workshop, once you are done modding at the bench, the shipment will vanish and you will lose ALL of the resources.
However, I've done some testing around this and found that if you put it in a container in that settlement (I put mine in a safe under my bed in Sanctuary), you will still have access to all of the materials AND can use workbenches without the shipments disappearing. I haven't checked if this will still cause the materials to bleed into other settlements if you have caravans set up or not, and I can't guarantee that the item won't eventually just vanish from your inventory, that is for the mod creator to figure out.
