Use help nebulizer 4 weap to bring up its ID number, then player.additem [ID Number] 1 to add it to your inventory. If nothing shows up when you do the help command, first make sure you entered it exactly as I have it written, and if still nothing shows up, then the mod isn't active, in which case you'll want to double check and make sure it's been activated/deployed in whatever mod manager you use, if any. The mod not being active would explain its absence in Hubris Comics, so if the mod has indeed not been activated, I'd check in Hubris again before using the console commands.
I do, sometimes I even put notes in reflecting said headcanon, I did as much with the E-11 and the TOS Phaser. My core idea for all the guns that're in Hubris is they're functional replicas, though there's exceptions, like the Assault Phaser is a legit Federation phaser the Institute scrounged from a shuttle wreck. Given how much crazy BS happens in Star Trek it's pretty easy to reason said shuttle got hit by some kind of negative space wedgie that flung it into the Fallout universe. Heck, wouldn't be the first time, there's a CANON shuttle wreck in Fallout 1 or 2, don't remember which one off the top of my head.
My idea for the galaxy quest gun is it was made to showcase the wonders of science in a worlds fair and true to fallout world logic they made the display weapon real to recoup the money from the show by selling it to the military.
Hah, yeah that makes sense. Like the TOS phaser it could've gotten loaned out to Hubris to draw in potential subscribers. Come for the Nebulizer, stay for Grognak.
Would make sense there were power armour shows with live fire in fallout 3, I could imagine the comic shop or nuka world having a firing range that let you blast commie aliens from the red planet.
absolutely awesome weapon. I actually like the no clip feature. The only thing I wish it had was something like always vaporizes on kill. Not sure that anyone has figured out how to do that though.
It probably could be done by cannibalizing the Alien Blaster's vape effect, since that's handled as an enchantment rather than a crit effect so it could potentially be set up to always happen, but I'd need to color it yellow.
Truly a fantastic mod. Very cool plasma-ish beam. Nice sound effect. R.I.P. Alan Rickman. Great looking texture. All around a fun gun to play with. I'm doing an Ironman run and this thing is about the closest I've found to the "palm ray-beam" effect. Kudos to you, friend.
I featured this mod in my latest Fallout 4 mod review! If you would like, you can add my video to your description and/or videos page. If not, that's cool too. Just wanted to let you know! Thanks for the great mod!

to be honest with you, i would rather save all the cool stuff for starfield when it comes out.
I always do whenever I use a weapon or armour mod that isn’t lore friendly.

Followed by a few health and safety concerns.
