This mods hasnt had an update in a while, so I'm going to recommend another mod for anyone that likes this one: Unleveled World - F4SE, its a scripted lvl list edit, so its very compatible with most other mods, check it out
Does 'Unlevelled Commonwealth' mod suffer from the issue that Zone levels are set when you first enter the area?
I'm getting this information from (Adjusted Encounter Zones - by varx) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4078/ "Zone levels are set forever when you enter an area. For that reason this works best with a new game."
Also, what is the level range for enemies? Do they still scale 'above' you at any point?
My intention is to only enable this a little further into my game, when I've completed more of the core content and have a better ability to tackle 'game stopping' enemies. I feel if you turn on the 'unlevelling' too early, it could cause some content to be unmanageable.
I'd also suggest people use this mod in conjunction with http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7552/ (unlevelled items)
Is there any chance you can do the same for pre-war weapons? (Less pre-war weapons and ammo, more pipe weapons etc) I was thinking about doing this to make pipe and melee weapons more meaningful by making pre-war weapons (and their respective ammo) less commonly found but I'm completely new to modding and seeing as you already did this with other stuff I was hoping I could make a request.
This mod did what it says it is intended to do(endorsed), but I decided that I wanted to remove it for personal reasons. (un-leveled commonwealth) Are there any specific uninstall instructions, or is my commonwealth permanently changed now?
I uninstalled it, but it seems like the enemies are still un-leveled.
Same question for an un-leveled loot mod that I installed. Do I need to start a new game or something?
I would like to see a mod that significantly lowers the amount of firearms available based on the players level, instead replacing many of them with melee weapons and maybe a small chance of an enemy having no weapon at all. The idea would be to make a progression from fist fighting, to melee, to small guns and eventually up to near regular game drops.. Any chance you might be interested in attempting create this idea?
I understand that unleveling the enemies will result in them potentially being at a very high level early in the game. However does this also affect what weapons they carry?
Unleveled means that you can encounter very high level enemies anywhere and anytime in the game.
Which can translate into meeting extreme bullet sponge enemies, but the thing is on the flip side you no longer have certain zones that become "boring due to everything is low level."

Want to check out un-leveled commonwealth, and was wondering the same thing.
I have a question. 'unleveled' means enemy npcs got no hp advantage from player's level?
