   will make a patch mod for this to be Piper's default clothing once i got back playing this.
   Back then i manually outfit Piper, but since i know outfitting and successfully doing it for Skyrim...

      you could just add it with fo4edit/xEdit. One entry for the ballistic weave slot, one to have it modifiable on the workbench.
