Loving the way it looks! However for actually building in this place it has a few flaws. In the big house: there is crap everywhere that either the NPC knocked all over the damn place or something. Like 20+ bottles and bs things just scattered all over the place. There are certain items that are in the floor for whatever reason, but you can just scrap them. None of the houses are complete! The big house has no roof on 75% of it, the small house behind the beautiful water part, has just the front frame on the house. Just the frame! No roof, No side walls, No back side. Just the front patio kinda like coastal cottage. There is also a toilet next to the workshop station (the red one not the building) that cannot be scrapped even with scrap everything mod active. If your looking for a settlement that will satisfy 2-5 people then this will probably be fine. I prefer to make each minuteman settlement into like a small army unit, like 9-15 people as if they are like a firefighter team ready to respond to nearby calls. Despite all of that, Still endorsing because it still looks amazing!
Despite the fact the house looks like it's a copy of the Somerville one, this is altogether very well done. It adheres to the original atmosphere of the place.
Very good mod and very immersive too. Looking at it the only thing that I would change is to make the small house ruin and the garage part of the settlement. WIll endorse and kudos to you for a VERY GOOD mod for fallout 4.
your english is fine! thanks for the mod. i always though tenpines bluff was unrealistic. why would you build your shack so unsecure? now there finally is a real farm!
Playing around with it right now. Companions are easily commanded around the insides of houses, and settlers look like they use them, too. I had already been to Tenpines, but hadn't built anything there, so this worked out flawlessly. The 2-3 settlers that were there originally, remained. Save for one or two items, seems like everything can be scrapped (Spring Cleaning mod).
Only real downside I see is that the garage is located outside of the settlement boundary.
I was just coming to ask if the build area was expanded since i noticed the garage was past the vanilla limit. Got my answer, will have to search for a mod that expands tenpines(not really a popular settlement it seems lol)
Saw this mod while at work today. Awesome overhaul wehrberus. Love the turrets (didn't notice them when watching the video) loved the little surprise when I opened the doors to the greenhouse/garage.

Cheers.
I'll try the build border to expand a little.
I'll make a version with repaired roof and other things, try anyway. =D

Would you be able to do an overhaul of Somerville Place? but with a fixed roof and maybe flattened the hill behind the house?
How well does it handle being added into a game already active where you have visited Tempines?
How well do the settlers handle navigation?
Only real downside I see is that the garage is located outside of the settlement boundary.
Keep up the great work. big time Endorsed
Thanx again.
