This is surely dead, but hoping I get some sort of reply from someone. I've been messing with the numbers a little, how would I get them to make reload speed slower? Apparently I could do it with console commands every time I equip a weapon, but that's not worth the effort. Playing vr, high damage, and would love for reloading to be a necessary forethought; maybe half the original speed, or even 1/4. I'll keep messing about and get back if I get an answer for anyone else who somehow feels the same need as I.

Not sure why, but the effects of this mod seem to persist after uninstalling and ensuring that all parts of it are deleted. I noticed that it was breaking a few scripted reloads on some weapon mods, so I chose to delete this mod. I am still reloading at the same speed as if the mod is still active. Managed to fix the weapon reloading scripts by reinstalling them though, so I guess unintentional best of both worlds? Definitely a life-saver on survival with certain weapons!

yep im seeing the same exact thing, im trying really hard to undo it.. ill let you know when i find a solution. Im probably going to change the perk values to slow it down.. if the perk is persistent, then hopefull i can just decrease the intensity of it

EDIT:  @Pentiman666  --  what do you mean you reinstalled the scripts? This mod doesnt touch any vanilla scripts or use any independent scripts.. Please clarify what you did to fix this

i tried all sorts of things.. console commands, editing the mod values (decrease speed), making a new mod to overwrite the changes from this one, etc etc.. i just reverted to an old save. Lost like 4 hours of gameplay but whatever.. I wont be using this method again. Now Ive just manually edited the reload speed of various weapons that i use. This is a much better approach, and the fast speed isnt baked into your save, I can keep tweaking the speed for each weapon as I continue through the game, or revert back to default without any issues. IF you need help on how to do this let me know

I liked this at first, used the optional file on a test character. however with the perk, it just got to be too fast. maybe 65 or 75% faster would be plenty enough.
