From my testing settlers will not function in the tunnels. Aside from that this mod works perfectly. Only thing I did with Scrap Everything was remove all of the mist within the tunnels. I use this mod in conjunction with The Castle Fully Restored Inside Out V2 by Hozsa.
I spawned a settler using the console command and then tried to assign the settler to a scavenging station and also a shop stall and neither worked. It appears that in order for a settler to be assigned any task you must first assign that settler to a settlement location via the workshop menu. The settler left the castle tunnels upon assignment to the castle. However, you may be able to spawn one or more settlers in the tunnels for the sake of immersion. As I said before, you won't be able to assign the settler to any tasks, but they might stick around in the tunnels themselves.
Lastly, there is a castle tunnels mod that does turn the tunnels into a functioning settlement, but I have yet to try it. I will likely test it after posting this, but for now I just want to shoutout Skyrim76 for his/her great mod. Endorsed!

Hope this helps anyone curious about settler functionality in the tunnels.
Nice mod! But I can not put many objects that do not appear workshop is a bug or so? For example concrete parts such things do not appear and Homemaker doors, fences and more things
Thanks. As far as I know all works except the doors that can't be put on doorway and that's because I didn't change original doorway. See it for yourself:
I guess that you were right, try version 2. Interior workbench are limited by default, I didn't know that and I have tons of test mods so I guess that the bug was in my game.
Yeah, I'm having same issue. Virtually nothing is available for me to build with. It's more limited than even vanilla homeplate was. edit: I Know there is a console command for homeplate to turn it into a full workbench, I tried it here and didn't work, so probably a different code; but that might be an idea for a fix if someone knows how that is done.
Have you download version 2? I replaced workbench last night.
For the doors, doors can't be put in (it can but at the middle of the floor) because there is no plugs in "doorways", but all doors are visible now in workshop.
Yeah, I have version two. Looks like furniture and stuff shows up, but not getting categories for structures to show up, so I can't really add walls/dividers and things like that throughout the area.
Do you have backup of the save game before this? if so than replace it and than try again...everything shows in my workshop. New installation, new CK, same mod...
Mod breaks the minutemen quest line. plz add a warning not to load untill you finish the artillery minutemen quest thingy. point to note this type of quest already on nexus and its not a quest breaker.

I add warning to previous mods not to use it if it's not finished quest. The cell is full of quest triggers.
Thanks mate.
