This mod has been taken and put on Bethesda.net by another user WITHOUT my permission, alot of people are reporting issues with the x-box version which I can't support because I don't have one. I have nothing against the console gamers having access to mods but no credit has been given to me or jpitner who created the custom assets used in this mod.
The super lovely Elianora has reported it for me <3
I'm glad they linked the accounts to steam for mods to be uploaded now. Elianora has unhidden her mods to end her protest. It's a shame that the bad karma of those stolen mods can cause save game corruption on xbox ones.
It's pretty irritating how badly Bethesda bungled this thing. Their ineptitude created an environment which just shat all over the modding community and the console community both.
Mods for consoles is a great idea. It's just a shame how terribly it's been handled. You would think with over a decade of experience they could have spent a moment to consult the modding community on this.. i.e. you know, the people who would be the ones actually make the bloody mods for them?
*sigh*
At least they've come up with a sort of solution. I hope everyone stealing mods gets their steam account banned.
Of course the f*#@ing cunts are reporting issues, the dickheaded thieves are incapable of comprehending consequences of thefting mods that are not optimized even to 5% for consoles! And those that download the illegally ported console version of the mod are jsut as incapable of realizing it and won't until it is too late and their saves are beyond any use, forcing them to start over without the mods.
Impatience will ruin console modding massively. Hope the damned meatbags freaking learn... oh wait, they're incapable of that, never mind.
I got fallout 4 on pc recently because I was going to smash my xbox trying to get it to load 150 mods correctly. I DO REMEMBER SEEING THIS MOD ON THERE. Didn't download it because I was already using a mod to turn the tunnels just into a workshop.
dont recommend the mod. it broke pretty much taking independence and old guns and if you dare remove it, the save gets corrupted. lost a 24hour+ save thanks to it
Is this still supported? There's been no answers from the creator to several issues
EDIT: If you have flickering or texture issuess with this mod download the mod "The Castle Tunnels Cleaned", it will just clear out all the debris so this mod can load in it's assets.
Really sorry, but this mod should not be on Nexus it is not safe to use.
I wondered why Old Guns wasn't starting and it was because of this mod. Fortunately you can just console command the quest to begin, but if you're not on PC then good luck.
Dude, let's omit the fact that for a start it would not be bad to check what other mods you have, what you have with the download list, let's also omit the fact that the author himself gave a recommendation to launch the mod after completing the quest, let's even omit the fact that, taking into account all of the above, to say something like "remove the mod" is at least not tactful... What am I for? Oh, yeah. If mods are removed due to one error from one particular user, then there will not be a single mod left on the site. You understand that, right?
Worked fine for me. Just had to delete edits on the tunnels made by other mods through Fo4edit, like interiors enhanced, ultra interior lighting and beantown interiors.
There seems to be a strange issue with the mod as it is currently or it's possible I've made a mistake somewhere, but given that there's almost no information on the mod page regarding conflicts and compatibilities, I'm really guessing as to what I can mix with it, which is not good.
Whenever I load into the tunnels with this mod active, it's constantly fighting with the old cell state. The new cell state loads fine and is beautiful, but it's loading both the old and new cells at the same time, so there's constant flickering and dirt piled on top of the new decorations.
Can anyone advise here? This is pretty much the only conflict I have in 80 hours of gameplay so far? And it's not my other mods, because I tested it with this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/60619?tab=files&file_id=238208&nmm=1 to see if it was a conflict on my end, and this mod loaded a lovely cleaned tunnel cell, so it's definitely 100% not a conflict on my end.
Same problem, the vanilla cell clashes with the mod, even with the mod at the end of my load order below the only other castle edit I have (for the exterior) it doesn't load properly. Couldn't figure out why, had to dump it.
I was curious to see what the Bunker 1 Alpha mod by Jpitner looks like to see if it was a good player home mod but this mod no longer exists been removed.

Nexus, please remove this mod.

Could the mod author help if available?
Cheers :)
