"AFAIK nothing else modifies that setting; otherwise I would have used that mod instead of making this." Actually there is this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4703/? But it was made with a very early FO4 version of XEdit. Was this made with the CK or atleast a more stable XEdit?
I honestly can't remember whether I made this in Xedit or the CK. If I used Xedit, it was the most recent version as of June 2016. I've been using this ever since and it's never been the cause of any crash. (FO4 is significantly more stable than previous Bethesda games; crashes are almost always due to bad form ids, screwed up meshes or script overload (which usually causes freezes rather than CTDs). This mod changes none of that.)
Can we get one with just 90 seconds of wait time? I want a chance to read and ponder on the choices, but I'd also like to hear their annoying 'waiting' comments, too, and over 4 minutes to wait seems a bit long to me.
Awesome, if found myself opening the console just so i could take my time reading the dialog and making decisions, a much needed mod for me at least thank you very much for sharing, gonna try it out immediately.
How in the world does it take you longer than 20 seconds to read 4 lines of text and make a decision? You aren't playing Thermonuclear war here trying to decide who to nuke first, and it isn't like the dialogue options change on your next playthrough either.
Have you watched Gopher play? There are times were it simply does take a bit longer to make a choice. Especially if you are role playing it. You are obviously not invested in the game as many others are. Making snap decisions can change things even a little, and it can make you feel you made the wrong choice.
Personally its a great mod and one that I am surprised took so ling to get made. I am going to use it and endorse once I can.
First off: don't like it, don't use it. Second, there are plenty of reasons. Sometimes I take awhile to decide. Sometimes my cat starts batting at the mouse cursor and I have to move him. And sometimes a companion walks off and starts a conversation in the background and I want to hear how it plays out. Sometimes, I back out to change equipment. Sometimes, before initiating combat, I plan out my strategy before choosing the "let's fight option." But more than anything, I multi-task. I'll be answering emails, chatting with friends and checking out other mods on my laptop while playing on my desktop.
@M1stLynx: who are you to dictate how I'm supposed to play a game? Like the mod author says: don't like it, don't download it. And I like to add: for the sake of freedom of play stop commenting if you don't like it.
To be telling people what to do and how to act like you just did: How hard can it be to see a mod, decide not use it and move on without commenting? I do it all day because most mods I will never use. I think you don't download every mod do you? And I presume you don't comment on all the mods you don't use? You would be very busy
No one will make those hurrying comments, regardless of whether they're a companion, settler, part of the base game or from a DLC. No other changes will be made, so she may still be annoying.

So why the hell did you comment anyway ?
Does this also affect ADA, 'cause this robot is the most annoying thing beside the nuclear desaster.
