Interestingly enough Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch fixed it as well but only for regular variant, legendary still has 4000 DR.

Legendary Gulper Devourer is also screwed up inheriting stats from young gulper instead of normal Gulper Devourer. I only noticed it because of fix in NPC Level Scaling mod.

Community Fixes Merged fixes this issue for the Legendary Enraged Fog Crawler (it correctly shows 400 DR)

I'm not convinced that it's a bug but it might be. I had no problem taking down the one at Dalton farm at level 113 with a plasma-infused charging gatling laser. I saw the 4000DR and just assumed it had really thick armor and we weren't meant to assault it with bullets but rather with energy weapons.

Can you make a version that still scales with player level, but has the corrected DR and ER?

Yeah, 4000DR is clearly a bug.
    4000DR. Good gravy Batman!
Downloaded. Will also report this bug to Beth.

I came into the DLC around level 125 and never had any problems with these. I use the kiloton radium rifle to cripple their legs and finish them off with atom's judgment.

It's basically the opposite of the Gulpers, though isn't it? Super-high ballistic resist but not very good energy resist, while Gulpers are super energy-resistant but not very ballistic resistant?

Yeah, I had to rely on a weapon from a mod, basically a M-2 machine gun to kill this sonofabitch when i first saw one.. Scary as fuuu

It looks like it has zero radiation resistance, why not just shoot it with a gamma gun or something similar? Just my thoughts since I have not encountered this thing yet.

As every mutated creature it is immune to radiation (I think, not 100% sure though).

I think I ran into one of these during the Blood Tide quest at level 130-ish. My normal guns were barely doing any damage so I pulled out my explosive minigun, aptly named Hail of Devastation, and promptly turned it into Swiss cheese.

While I did like the challenge of such an overpowered enemy, I still downloaded it; it really does look like a bug.

Point is, as much as I liked the challenge of fighting an overpowered enemy, it clearly is a mistake. 4000 is awful high for a defense stat.
