now if only NPC's within the raider gangs would acknowledge his legend, bethesda wrote a story to make him seem like this unstoppable enemy narratively he was only known in the institute but almost nowhere else, like he should have been known by all the raider gangs for as long as he lived and how tough he supposedly was.
this mod remedies some of this by actually making him hard to fight, i just wish other NPC's would talk about him like a legend with stories of his campaigns or other gangs that used to exist who were wiped out by him, ya know writers embellishment, but believable for his character.
i hope this makes him funner to play with. playing on hard, i one shot him, i was thinking wow is that it... i thought be be tougher... (tho most i was one hitting most things at my level and the power of my weapon. i thought not just heath but also def should of been better for him. the synths around him where alittle more annoying them he was.. xD
with follows the hole fight never laster more then a min xD or they get in the way. xD
Currently playing a survival save. A lot of enemies are actually quite easy with the new way damage works. This ought to be a challenge, though. Have you considered doing something like this for other "bosses" and tough enemies? I think that the Behemoths, Mirelurk Queens, and Deathclaws are all too easy. Of course, making all of those legendary would be too easy to get loot, but have you considered raising their base stats to make them much more difficult?
Fallout is basically just damage and damagespomges. You made me realize why the combat is less than trhilling. It doesn't have the rock, paper, scissors gameplay like borderlands or mass effect
lol, Legendary Preston, at least then when he says "by the way another settlement needs your help" I'd be more inclined out of fear he could kick my ass
This looks completely over the top and extremely excessive to an almost disgusting degree for someone who's only running with Dogmeat and maybe one companion at a time.
I could only beat him one in 15 tries. But then I also have Search and Destroy mod, so enemies are smarter about finding sneaky twits like me, so that certainly didn't help. ^_^

At level 41, I fought him. He went down pretty quick with an M14 using AP rounds, but it was much better than what usually goes down, this is a great mod if you're running any type of modded loadout, 10/10. He was tough enough to not be a bullet sponge, but definitely a boss fight.
Note: Balls to the wall worked, running X-01 Mk. II Power armor, Nick with his rinky dink pipe pistol, Dogmeat(Mostly for moral support), and an M14.
My main is around lv 62 atm .__. So Kello should be lv 210 for me o.O and on survival diff with a dmg spec'd char... not sure if this is a good idea xD But I'd love the challenge

my main character's level is already 202 or so (console :/),
so ~202 x 3.4 = ~686.8
Kellog would be about level 686.
