Miss the ability to hack robots from a safe distance? So did I.

While I appreciate Bethesda trying to keep Robotics Expert from being totally overpowered, their answer to the issue is a bit too heavy handed for me. Why should I need to be right next to a (most likely hostile) robot, trying to plug in a cable, when every robot seems to have some sort of radio communications?
So here it is, my compromise: while aiming down the sights within about 25 feet, you can hack a robot.

A: Gonna stop ya right there: maybe, sometime, if I feel like it. I made this little tweak for myself, and figured I'd share, nothing more.
Q: How can I-
A: Sorry, again, hang on a sec: I most likely have no idea. I just happened to stumble on the answer to my own question by comparing bits of the perk script info stuff. I changed a couple things, tested it, looks like it works, and here we are.
Q: Will this conflict wi-
A: No idea. Maybe. Save, backup the save, save again, copy to a usb drive... or just save-test-save-play.
Q: Are you really this much of a jerk?
A: Not really. Maybe? Probably.
Me, just a little while ago:
"You can pacify dogs, mole rats, radscorpions, feral ghouls, and supermutants from a distance by yelling 'Hey, stop that!'
...yet have to be doing chin-ups on a Sentry Bot's arm to hack it."

5/31 - Cool, first mod, not even 24 hours, and it's almost at 100 unique downloads! And no complaints? No issues? No "dude what's up with that questions section"? Awesome.
7/7 - Yup, I do check once in a while for new comments. Mostly just in case someone runs into a bug or something, but after a month of multiple people (including myself) using it, I really doubt anything will pop up. So thanks for the comments and endorsements!
10/10 - Experimental "Unlimited" version now available! Relive the days of 1.0! Hack as far as the eye can see!
Warning: may or may not be an accurate representation of 1.0 settings. "As far as the eye can see" may be limited by VATS. Or may not. I haven't checked yet. That's why it's experimental!
12/18 - After (finally) getting around to Nuka World and the Galactic Zone, I realized that the original version of RRE was a bit too short-ranged to be helpful (before getting the Star Cores, of course). Since I'm actually not a fan of the overpowered Unlimited range, I went ahead and made a new version that's 5x RRE. It can be found on the Files tab as Ranged Robotics Expert Extended. Enjoy!

So RRE Extended is broken. The other two should work as intended (didn't change those). Removed the file, will re-upload once it's sorted out.
EDIT: New 100% functional RREE is now available!
