5x resources scrap was bugged on recycler manufacturing they keep endless looped more copper & acid & steel & etc, this mod dead because last updated 30th May 2016 & Contraptions Workshop was released 20th June 2016 they didn't fix it for recycler (Manufacturing Extended mod).
Hey man! Love your mod. I do have one issue though, the base components also have the x2 yield. So when I craft something, those materials break down into more materials themselves... It makes the inventory grow really large, and when I get to the +2000 item ranges the game slows down massively to 1 frame every 5 minutes. Could you perhaps add a version that only makes junk items have x2 yield, and not the actual components themselves? (Like oil/screws/wood etc.)
With the Contraption dlc this mod prevents the Recycler from spitting out the broken down materials. It will constantly try to break down a single object (like steel) and thus create an unlimited amount of steel instead of spitting out the one piece of steel to break down other objects. Can you please fix this issue? Otherwise it's an awesome mod
@Toshirolreto47 The recycler is a part of another mod called Manufacturing Extended
@LtcHawkeye I've reported a very similiar problem in the bugs section but considering that this is a 2 month old post and the mod author has made no responses I can safely assume this mod is dead
Every time I see one of these kind of mods, I hope against hope that the mod has gone through and added more different TYPES of scrap materials, rather than increasing the amount. The vanilla game is already overpopulated with some types of scrap and nearly devoid of others, and there doesn't seem to be any logic into what you're getting out of them, and what you can then build with them. Like, I get that pre-war money is made of linen, therefore is cloth, therefore can be made into clothes and beds, but should I really be able to build a bed with nothing more than a few packs of cigarettes? Doesn't sound very comfortable, but if I have a cigar box or two I can build any bed or house that I want out of nothing more than that... and that's crazy. We need some logical rebalance that defines what one unit of cloth, for example, really is, and then changes the recipes to realistically account for that value. Sure, you could probably build a bed out of cigar boxes, but it would take many many cigar boxes to do so, and it would make more sense to just grab a fallen branch for the frame and a carpet for the fabric, instead.
Thanks for the x2 option. Thought it wasn't working but had to move it to the bottom of my load order(not sure what mod it conflicts with) now it works.

Thank you in advance if you'd do this!

Useful at 2x or 3x... 5x is too much of a GodMod.
