    Sticky
    New in version 1.3:
    -more "chain sizes"
-legendary slot (for those who use mod(s) such as Legendary Modification, as requested)
-Assuming that you don't use mods that override the relevant leveled lists, there's a chance of obtaining a special "lucky" set.
-Now in glow and no-glow material options

I love this mod alot but the only problem I have with it is, In dialogue, the tags' chain keeps flickering/disappearing

If anyone sees this, I fixed mine by clearing transforms using Outfit Studio.

Looks good and endorsed, but would be nice to have the smaller chain options for female characters, it floats above the back of the neck. Pretty sure that more than half of players play as female. Thanks!

It'd actually be interesting/fun to have the option to wear multiple tags on a chain and/or multiple chains with tags at once, for those who either want to portray someone remembering their fallen soldiers since the tags can't be turned in, or as trophies for those who hate the BoS and delight in showing off all the BoS members they've killed.

Like this idea reminds me of the tags in New Vegas and the special knuckles made out of NCR tags

As someone who hates Maxson's Brotherhood with every single cell in my body (But absolutely loves Lyons' Brotherhood with all of my heart), I would relish the opportunity to collect the holotags from Brotherhood NPCs & turn them into a Holotag Fist, which I would then use to beat the living daylight out of that brat Maxson until he's nothing more than a bloody pulp.

Although in New Vegas , I support the NCR fully, so I never kill NCR troopers. I instead only collect NCR Dogtags from troops that were killed by enemy NPCs & then give them to Quartermaster Mayes, because like I said, I fully support the NCR.

Any chance for a Militarized Minutemen compatibility patch?

Great mod! Any chances for craftable only version with AWKCR workbench craft? You see the chem station get more and more cluttered not only with armor/acc mods but with uninstallers, holotapes and god knows what else. And one thing that bothers me is could you use different slot maybe 61? Im a huge fan of The Rebel's gasmask that i wear all the time. Besides its more of a necklace than mask. Anyway it's a great immersive addition to my game. I love tiny mods that actually makes a difference. Endorsed.

Thanks for the endorse! I'm glad you're enjoying this mod, though I am sorry that you're experiencing conflicts.

I currently have the necklace using the slot that's suggested as per the AWKCR 'rules', which is the neck slot (50). It seems to work for most people and it doesn't seem wise for me to just change the slot usage for all the tags. I'm trying to consider how I could make slot usage an armor mod, but I'm not sure how to achieve that without making the menu look cluttered, messy and complicated... Making a separate set of tags that uses a different slot would be doable but as you said, the crafting menu gets messy when using lots of mods.

      I couldn't find the Rebel stuff you're referring to on the Nexus but based on the file I downloaded earlier this month (but never got around to using oops) I took a look and... I have no idea why there's a conflict with it and the dog tags. I'm not seeing why there would be one? Odd. I admit that has got me rather confused at the moment. ^^;

As far as making it compatible with the AWKCR workbench mod, I can try to look into it, but I admit that I am not currently very familiar with it. If I'm able to swing it, it will likely be added as a separate/optional version. I personally tend to avoid making mods that are dependent upon other mods.

The Rebel assets were merged with the The Mercenary - Pack (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20088) back towards the first of the year.

This is a great little mod and has seriously helped with my GI playthrough of the game. (subliminal request incoming) I was curious to know if you have considered making the locket a wearable item, its the one item in game I've wanted to use instead of chucking it away as a junk item.

I have to be serious: I LOVE this mod! It adds a little thing that Bethesda should've put in from the beginning. Such mods are downloadet and endorsed since Fallout 3. There are a lot of people out there who make a military build character so these dog tags are awesome for them. Big thx for implementing the NCR Gear, too.

    nice mod, man!

How do you repack the mod in BA2 files??
I've found a repacker, but it doesn't work with textures...

Ok, I like playing with fire. What is the console command to get the wearable version of Danse's Tags? This mod worked fine for me up until my current run through and nothing I do allows me to get the wearable version.

In case you wonder, I uninstalled the old version, did a save without it and then installed the new version before starting Blind Betrayal. After completing Blind Betrayal the tags were in my inventory under misc - not wearable. I went back several saves before and it made no difference.

    Thanks

Edit: I installed this manually so I don't have a load order number if that is needed.

Sorry for the late reply. If you're still looking for a way to get the holotags via console command start by typing "help holotag 4" into the console, without the quotes. This will help you find the exact ID for the holotag variants; the wearable ones will be preceded by ARMO while the MISC items are the "junk" versions. Take note of the ID (which should be similar to xx003D31 or somesuch) and call it into your inventory: player.additem 0b003d31 1
