  -Concussive Grenade: Knocks down enemies and deals a small amount of damage
  -Straight Launcher Barrel: Launches the explosive projectile in a straight line

  -Launcher Barrel is now Launcher Arc Barrel to fit naming with new straight barrel
  
  Fixes/Re-balance:
  -Launchers now deal much less damage from the projectile; explosion radius and damage reduced; more suitable for closer range and clearing huddled groups.

  -Targeting Launcher Barrel: Fires projectiles that track targets; explode on contact
