   Figured id let you know even though you've most likely abandoned this mod, but your armor pen isn't procing in VATS.

      I have no idea why that would be the case. I really did just do the same thing that rifleman does, but for fist weapons. Now whether I try to fix it really depends on how moddable/good Fallout 76 turns out to be.

      Funny and depressing!
      Also, sorry to DarkWolfX174 - I haven't played Fallout since Sep 29, 2017 according to Steam (any Fallout games...). And yeah I totally forgot about that reply I made.

   Thank you! This'll help a lot, given that there's absolutely no Nexus mods buffing or overhauling the wimpy vanilla PA mods that work with bare fists.
