I've noticed on a few occurrences that the protagonist will speak in Far Harbor with this mod. It was only a quick test in the main Far Harbor locations, so nothing serious, but I noticed when talking to merchants in the Far Harbor town and selecting "Not Interested" he would say those lines. Also, when interacting with The Mariner, I heard him say "Mariner..."
Other than that, nothing so far across all of your DLC mods (and even the original one)
That would be outside the scope of this mod. It may be possible but I would not be working on it.
I imagine it couldn't be too difficult should you want to look into it (I would probably look into the strings to see how subtitles are setup and maybe replace the players files with blank versions).
This mod are the Automatron don't work with the new All in 1 Installer edition..... my NMM/MO freezes upon install. this happens when i select either MALE or FEMALE
It doesn't work for me, I started the Far Harbor quest and had to hear the dopey voice actor saying stuff in the voice that's decidedly not what I imagine my character sounding like. There was an update to the game recently (before Nuka World hit), maybe that broke it?
I'll look into it. I don't update my installation as much so that could be it.
I haven't had a chance to check out far harbor but checked out the vault dlc and that worked for me (this was done using the same method). So maybe they added some voice files and renumbered them.
I'll look into updating that this weekend. (What version is/was that patch? maybe I can acquire those files and update this mod with that version)
Should I install both of them if I have male and female characters? Just checking since you said only use one but it would make sense to install both if I have male and female characters.
If you use both, and say you play the male, it will keep your wife silent. If you don't care about that then sure go ahead as I don't think it affects any other voices.
It's not that I'm not interested, I just don't have the DLC.
I used a tool to inject the .fuz files with silent audio, overriding the actual voice data. If you want to take a crack at that, here's what I used: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/950/?
It's a command line tool so you'll want to slap together a batch script to do all the work for you.
Not that I am aware of. I have a lot of texture mods with some load time involved. This shouldn't add too much if it does (the files are a lot smaller than the original files).

Neither set of files have been tested vigorously so let me know if you find anything. Enjoy in the meantime.
P.S. I think there is been some kind of an update to the game, so that your mod stoped working
Someone mentioned there was an update recently. I'm gonna go through the files this weekend when I update muh gamez.

I will look into this weekend, thanks for the feedback.

Edit: I know the files from far harbor a larger and more in count so it may be freezing while trying to unpack the zipped files.
I know I had to split the files in half when editing them in audacity.

I put 1 topping of silence with 2 toppings of 999% tempo to shorten it and finish it off with smooth convert to wav.

Anyway you could redo original dialogue and reduce its size a bit?
Have you been using my updates? If so, has there been any noticeable issues?
