You said awhile back that if you could fix the workshop category system, you would add more objects... Settlement Menu Manager by cadpnq. It is the AWKCR of the workshop menu and already endorsed by Kinggath of Sim Settlements. The parts you have already added to my settlements are awesome, and though it takes time to sift to the ones I want to find, nothing beats putting up a few static barrels with machine gun turrets behind them rather than huge raging walls around every settlement.
Ha, its awesome to see someone else promoting this to. I've been trying to spread the word for SMM myself for a few weeks now. So far only Housekeeping - Scavenging Deluxe by robboten has switched over to it out of the ones I've told. Hopefully this mod will switch to, since it sounds like Torrang is looking for just the sort of solution SMM provides. Good catch on your part roninsoul7. I also think its cool you and I both use AWKCR as our analogy as well. I swear this is the first time I've seen you, but looking at our posts on the subject you would think we collaborated on promoting SMM or something.
Anyway, just thought I'd point out the cool coincidence and say hi. And it never hurts for a mod author to know two people support the same idea. The more voices they hear the more they'll listen right? And its all with the most helpful intentions after all.
Thank you so much, this is exactly what I've been looking for. A mod that adds a few objects for decoration (specifically the barrels and crates) without an overwhelming amount of other stuff, 90% of which I probably won't even use.
Are they static? Do they move as soon as Dogmeat farts in their general direction?
Are the tables the "regular" ones from Far Harbor?
Can the barrels be used as containers?
Oh, and yes, most of these, if not all, ARE in other mods, but as BrianUK puts it:
"I don't want to use <ModX> because I don't want the extra crap that comes with it, so it's nice when you get smaller mods that contain just the bits I want."
Q. Are they static? Do they move as soon as Dogmeat farts in their general direction?
A. Unfortunately, All objects in this mod are static for now I'll find the way if objects can interaction with Dogmeat or other companions.
Q. Are the tables the "regular" ones from Far Harbor? A. I didn't play far harbor enough. But this mod is created without any dlcs (meaning that I found table objects in fallout4.esm). If tables are in far harbor workshop, I'll delete them.
Q. Can the barrels be used as containers? A. I also though about using as containers, but purpose of this mod is just decorating, But if you wanna, I'll change for you.
Yes please keep everything in here as static or at the very least if you decide to make them non-static can you keep a static version. I love dogmeat more then I probably should for a fake video game dog but I swear I want to strangle him when he runs by something and knocks it off a table where I just spent hours placing such items. That's why I never use decoration mods unless the items are static.
I still have anger issues from Elder Scrolls games about spending hours picking up and dropping items juuuuuuuust right to only have a companion stomp through the house and throw everything on the floor by just staring at it.
I've seen a few comments already nic-picking at you about how all these items are already in this mod or that mod etc etc
I want to say I love you so very much!! I personally HATE huge mods that add in a ton of craftables because I usually only want the mod for a few items. Modders like you who provide various mods like these that add small amounts of very specific items are my bread and butter. I have been wanting a mod that literally just adds the barrels and boxes for decoration purposes without having to download something like Homemaker.
You keep up the good work!!! Modders like you are a godsend.
I don't want to use Homemaker because I don't want the extra crap that comes with it, so it's nice when you get smaller mods that contain just the bits I want.
I agree with BrianUK. Homemaker is a hot mess. Better were it broken into pieces making it 1. more manageable and 2, allow people to pick what they want rather than clutter the already unweilding build menu.
Same here. I uninstalled Homemaker just a few days back, I got tired of the many-many-many categories. Though barrels and crates are among the few objects I was going to miss, but thanks to you I can still have them. (Now I only need to get my sandbags back )
I agree - Homemaker is just a total mess of a mod for people who want to spend hours looking for each specific item that they want to place down. Plus it adds some objects that are petty darn immersion-breaking.
I much prefer this method of mods that add just a few items at a time so that I can decide what to clutter my settlement menus with and what to leave out.
I love smaller, focused mods like this. And a huge YES to static road blocks and target dummies--I hate getting something placed...just...so and then accidentally knocking it into the wild blue yonder. Great work!

Thank you for your opinion.

Thanks you

Thank you
You said that you need sandbags. But it's not part of wood stuff, so that object will not added in this mod.
If i fix workshop category system, I'll add objects.

SI I love this mod! I featured it in my latest video, here:
