Bugs that i found: -settlers are frozen like their shoes had been glued to the ground -for some reason , my the workshop tells me that i have 0 beds and 0 defence , i have to get close to the beds and mess a bit with the turrets in order to repair the bug , but keeps reappearing -i do not receive the "outside bulind area" and stuff , and get kicked out without warning -If i exit the workbench on the far island i can't re-enter by keeping the V pressed -and many other that may or may not be already mentioned. Good luck fixing this island bro.
i'm happy to see that it can work normally for someone it's true that so many mods can conflict amongst themselves... it's really hard to prevent mods conflict, every player have it own list of mods, so it's really impossible to ensure that this mod will not conflict with each players own list of mods
Mod too buggy and seems to affect every settlement in the game, sad. The base idea was great though.
Bugs encountered: - settlers all stuck everywhere (settlements only) - the island itself no pathiding or broken - seems to break "old guns"... - budget for this workshop ridiculousely tiny
arf, i'm sorry for you, for me it work as well as it's possible with my other 187 mods... but i admit that to create a new settlement and the quest to activate it can work strangely, even with the CK, i tried to copy the vanilla quest and all the needed sandbox and trigers as it is possible to do, but things aren't not so simple to create a non vanilla settlement, maybe some scripts need a lot of more work, but at this time, i don't play fo4 since the horrible update, and i mod even less...
as many nexus mods users, many time i downloaded many mods and adapted them to my own taste by using the CK, (only for me, on my pc, i had never published some mod or part of a mod maded by another author, of course, it a minimum of the respect )
normaly as for all the vanilla settlements, i don't remember exactly, but it seem it to me that it works normally, that's a lot of time i build it, sorry...
I have noticed since I loaded this that Infinite budget and Expanded Settlements don't seem to load. All my settlements show as built out object wise and the borders have shrunk back to Vanilla. Is there a load order with this mod?
Hey, I'm really enjoying the large build space this mod offers. Been fun to build on. I can't seem to see any reference to it, and before I go and update at the risk of possibly getting one of the newer issues I see, I wanted to ask if there were known issues with the sleeping/waiting while on the island?
When I sleep, or wait, when only on the island, the game freezes at the current in-game time when the screen goes dark after you set however many hours. It'll freeze and for only a brief moment unfreeze and time may or may not progress. It'll do this repeatedly and I'll have to continuously press B to hopefully back out. Otherwise, no issues with version 2.2 and a full load order.
have sleep many times during my tests, haven't see this bug specifically, but encounter sometimes the slight freeze during the sleep before i made and use this mod, but the freeze don't block me totally, will retest it a little bit to be sure that it isn't mine that cause the problem
sorry, had re tested but seen nothing's wrong, sleeping and waiting 4 times, so maybe it's a conflict with another mod, i use myself around 75 mods, hard to know what can make conflict in your case, ram overload ? or something else, can't know... maybe you can test to remove the game settings section added for the cell respawning timer, you can easily do it with FO4edit, it's maybe the only major difference with the 2.2, i don't remember exactly, so many changes done, so it's hard to remember all...
Hm, must be a conflict somewhere. But yeah, with a full load order it's a little difficult to determine where. I have just come to not sleep or wait on the island. I too get that slight freeze more regularly and it usually picks back up within a second, or two, but not on the island for whatever reason. But if you could elaborate more on how to tweak that in fo4edit, I'd like to give it a try. Either way, it's a small issue and am still enjoying the mod. I appreciate the reply.
Happens for me on vanilla settlements, without this mod at all (I read this stuff before installing, backup my save, install mod if no large bugs). If you build too much, or have a whole-lot of settlers, or have been playing for weeks of real-life time, this can happen. how did you get the settlers to be assigned to a job
