This mod uses Non-standard crafting perks (Nuclear physicist), so if you are crashing/locking-up on the crafting benches it is probably because you are running a perk mod that reduces all level requirements to zero. I can't fix this for you so do not report the issue here.
Only if you remove the Cell locations in xedit, also make sure to have all related mods loaded if any as well to maintain references. I don't think this has any quest attached to it so it should be good to go.
After the nextgen update, it seems to have made the charging sound play forever in the loop. It doesn't stop until I go to weapon's crafting table and disassemble the entire gun.
Anybody else get a CTD if you shoot an enemy? Its weird, as I can shoot inanimate objects with it till the cows come home but if I shoot any enemy even an already dead one, instant CTD.
I can unfortunately report that this mod is not compatible with VR. I stripped my game down to its undies and Started a new game and upon firing the gun at an enemy received my old friend the CTD.
I can say the incompatibility seems to stem from the effect when an enemy is hit by the projectile, I'm guessing it's the hit shader, but I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone know how to make it work with VR?
mod heavily conflicts with https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/67974 and makes the gauss rifle model invisible until a patch is made do not use these mods together (also i have notified the author of the gauss rifle as well) I dont expect a patch to be made i just want to give a heads up so someone else doesnt spend a week looking for the issue
Yes! Always, especially with over 400 of them holy cow, any mod that says "don't clean them" is always wrong advice, there is only I think less than 1% exception and even then, the exception is usually something janky. Always clean ITM plugins, whether it's 400 or 1.
First off love the mod. Now the way i play when i'm fighting synths is i shoot the arm holding their weapon so they cant fire at me. Well if a synth is holding a plasrail and you shoot their arm off, it will CTD every time, and its only when they hold a plasrail.
Didn't have this problem until recently for some reason. The PlasRail was fine for days worth of playing, but now I'm getting the charge up sound of the PlasRail over and over again even when it's unequipped, or even removed from the game. I'm just trying to figure out why it's started doing this suddenly, but I haven't changed much with my mods since I installed this, and there are no conflicts. It's strange.
I fixed this issue by installing this mod, and then uninstalling it. It essentially removes the charging sound from the game completely, but I'd rather have no charging sound at all than the charging sound happening randomly.
