      Texture replacements will do this. If you have a weather mod that adds snow in winter, etc.

   the first string of code you clarified as going in the GENERAL INI folder.
   
   the 2nd string listed is not as clear, this one :  fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0
   
   does it too go oin GEN or, elsewhere? 
   
   Sorry for what almost certainly looks like a noob Q but even after 2 years modding... yeah, I kinda am and more to the point, just being sure.

   Looks Gorgeous. I have a problem which may be on my side. Have had the same problem with some other mods which alter settlements.
   If you run between CIT ruins and the areas around Greentech Genetics the frame rate? falls so low you can hardly move. Uninstalled and all
   is well.
   The Rebuilt Series by rdunlap works fine. Maybe their is something in his codeing which helps.
   Makes no sense as other locations are miles from the centre of the map. Have all DLC's and patches.

      Thank you so much! ...posting this 'BUG' ...You are absolutely correct... I immediately went to Green-tech Genetics and was totally stumped with frame-rate drop to where unplayable! (If I had not read your post about this ...I would have been so messed up!
      MY advice is to NOT download this mod...something is seriously wrong!

   Honestly, considering how much is useful Spectacle island (at least as far as i know) you could directly make this version as a replacement of that.

       I feel the same; love the location but it would be nice to see some "quest" content added to the location in a lore-friendly way.
