My First Real Attempt at Modding :) Allows you to Deflect Bullets like a Jedi!

Hi! First Mod! Woot Woot!
So I found the Ricochet Perk to be pretty underwhelming, come to find out so did many others...So I decided to try and improve it.
After being inspired by some suggestions around the Lightsaber mods, I decided to try and make a Jedi mod!... To go with that other Jedi mod? Anywho!
This changes the ricochet perk into a one rank Bullet Deflection Ability. You can now, when blocking with a melee weapon deflect bullets back at enemies!
So far from testing, it works on all bullets, Lasers, Institute lasers, Missiles if you can time it just right, Flamethrowers, Sadly I couldn't find anyone to mini-nuke me so you tell me!
To reiterate it's my first mod, so I apologise for any trouble, distress, malicious thoughts, delusions of being a Jedi this may cause you~
I've also included a version that does no damage back to enemies for some level of balancing (Wouldn't it be great if we had shields?)
*Added an Animation Swap that makes your block into a Counter Attack Instead
