As in description, this mod does NOT require console command or start a new survival game. It works on all DLCs. I figure it out all by myself so don't ask any credit issue. And enjoy ur play!
I bet this mod author doesn't concern about this anymore xD But it's really the simpliest and best small mod here for fast travel!
Now playing Fallout London and I dunno how essential/neccessary fast travel will be there- but just in case installed it. Well as I am using the sleep walker perk it totally can be handy if you suddenly wake up in a harmful area filled with enemies xDD
(In usual FO4 there was no possible way to play without because everytime settlement getting attacked all the time every Minute, as also quest areas were way to large apart...- remember automatron where Mechanik hide was pretty right on the map and mission furthest left at the end of ther map? Hell...)
Mod wont work , installed with NMM , listed in plugins.txt , everything looks normal. log in game and wont let me fast travel. perhaps im missing something.
Works fine with next-gen update. Makes survival mode in the mid to late phase so much more enjoyable. I admit at the starting phase i would not use it and build up slowly the perks and skills by exploring in and around of Sanctuary. But later and especially if you choose to have Sanctuary as a home base, it becomes so tedious to travel. But you do not have to use it, just great to have it for a case. In most cases it is rewarding to walk the distances, you would miss a lot of encounters...
Amazing mod, simple but it works flawlessly. You still suffer traveling, the time that would have passed normally, so you arrive often hungry, tired or especially thirsty, so its balanced in my opinion. It just cuts out so much boring travel. Essential for reducing crashes systemic to a Bethesda game and Survival.
I recommend only using this mod if you want to side with the institute and are bummed that they have teleportation yet wont let you use it. institute playthrough in survival has been impossible due to the brotherhood having vertibirds for travel. the institute can TELEPORT for gods sake. this should be in the game as it is for survival but oh well. thanks!
I really don't want to use this mod, though Bethesda has forced my hand by not fixing a bug that has been present in the engine since Oblivion if not earlier where the player is stuck in combat and the only immediate way to get out of it is to fast travel. Thanks for making this.
Worked great for me. I did not see manual installation instructions, so I used these: https://www.reddit.com/r/fo4vr/comments/7k2cic/installing_mods_manually_a_complete_guide/
Thank you! I tried being nice and using BOS vertibirds for fast travel, until I got hit with some weird bug that forced me to assume the pilot's perspective then dropped my character from high altitude, killing him and thus losing an hour of gameplay. The way I see it, I'm level 50, I've more than earned this.
Installing this mod not because I want to fast but because it's the only way to end the "stuck in combat" bug without losing progress, how the f*#@ has Bethesda not been able to fix this stupid f*#@ing bug that has been in the engine since Oblivion if not earlier.

do i need SKSE ?
did use some mods on fallout 4 bethesda mod menu.
can you check it out ?
SOLVED: I found the problem, you need to launch fallout 4, at menu, go into "mods", then "Load Order", find "SFE", and click on it to enable it.
