At Tenpines Bluff there was once water running, making those ridges that now marks the area. And now again the settlers have used the rocks dug up while expanding the farm area to gather water. Thus the area is once again thriving with life. Grass, vegetables and flowers scatter the settlement. The main building is rebuilt, with an outhouse and a fixed shed.

As extra bonus - With Snappy Housekit you can remodel the house and expand it how you like.

This is designed by robboten and he has put LOTS of work into it. A very nice rebuild. Let us know what you think and if you like it endorse it.

    Hey Guys,

Robert is finally back into the modding world after having had some fairly serious medical issues come up.

He is going to review all of the bug reports on the assorted Rebuilt pages, and start addressing them.

    We will keep you posted!

    Ok,
Fixed the installer where it referred to Somerville in the description and fixed the Rebuilt house to use a New FormID so that scrapped items will not cause missing parts.

Note the 22min user-added video by 0urge0 does not contain any of this mod. There is one random 3-second look from a totally dark room out thru a window to a hillside of a few trees which (arguably) might be looking out back of Tenpines, but (if it is) it doesn't show your mod.

hey, I'm having a bug, that, i am sure is on my end, rather than the mods, but I'm not sure where to begin fixing it, so Im gonna leave this as a comment as a shot in the dark. I have this mod installed, but the vanilla, broken house is still there for some reason. im thinking there might be a mod conflict, or a load order issue, but I'm not sure!

edit: okay so i placed it at the bottom of the load order, the original problem was fixed (yay!) but now I clip through the floor lol. If anyone has any ideas, about how to fix this, let me know. I will update this if I fix it. if I dont, assume I couldnt find a fit

If you have Flicker Fixer in your LO,-start here.
It seems not to play well in some Setups for whatever reason.
I wrote a reply on femsheppings Somerville Place Mod in bugreport about missing collision and he/she nailed it down to Flicker Fixer
Pls read the second sticky post (at the end) from the Author on this Page!!!

I have a question regarding the effect of Scrap Everything on the house to the East.  I had to replace Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition because it was making textures in Mass Bay Medical Center and the Garden Terrace of Haymarket Hall disappear.  In both locations the elevated highways were nearly gone.

I removed the Ultimate Edition, which is no longer on Nexus Mods, and used Scrap Everything.  While that fixed the issue of the disappearing textures, I noticed that the floor of the house to the East now has no collision detection.  Myself and Settlers sink through the floor to the ground beneath.  Thankfully, myself and the Settlers can still access the stairs and their beds, but deactivating Scrap Everything made the vanilla dilapidated version of the house reappear around the restored one.

Because I installed Better Console to verify that Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition was the culprit for my missing textures at Mass Bay Medical Center, I used it here and discovered that Scrap Everything was responsible for the collision detection issue in the floor.

Is there a possible fix for this?  If not, I can live with it and I'll be switching to Clean My Settlement REDUX on my next journey.

    Thanks very much!

This mod makes Ten Pines Bluff into such a beautiful little settlement! One thing I especially love is that it's gorgeous, but still credible, and not OTT.
Honestly... I dislike mods that make the world *too* pristine, but at the same time, I have trouble believing that absolutely EVERY settlement home would be destroyed, especially when there are plenty of places that still have intact roofs and walls.
Further, even in the case where roofs and walls had gaping holes.... I somewhat doubt that everyone, over the course of all those years, was waiting around for somebody like the sole survivor to show up and fix everything. I mean, come on!
It's as though Bethesda intended settlement building as a gigantic make work project... OK, arguably, they did devise it, at least to an extent, as filler... but it's not as though there isn't still a ton to build and design when you don't need to spend hours and days trying to make what looks like a landfill site into something habitable.
Anyway, this mod series strikes a perfect balance, in my opinion, cheers!
(Also, thank you for the included building pieces.. they allowed me to create an additional cabin at Ten Pines Bluff that fits in perfectly with the settlement )

    Endorsed.

    1. Best Tenpines Bluff rebuilt mod.
    2. Rebuilt the completely destroyed home into a nice pre war home.
    3. Has a pond and a lot of crops neatly planted.
    4. Has a toilet (attention to detail).
    5. Scenic (second Covenant).
    6. The settlement now has room for 6 to 8 settlers (instead of the usual 2 to 3).
    7. I am the 1000th endorsement (hehe).

Thanks a lot, saves players the trouble of rebuilding everything from scratch (usually 3 to 5 days of gameplay).

First of all great mod, most settlement mods are over done. These all are restrained and not full of things that are more in the way than of use. I was also wondering if you are planing anything for Oberland station it looks to me just the sort of settlement that would fit with those you have already done.

dude, when you built the house, the wall with the door is INSIDE the old torn down wall. in otherwords, i can even open the door, but i CANT GO IN because that old part of the torn down wall is still up. it looks nice, but unusable. im not getting more mods just to fix it, removing it.

It sounds like you’ve got a mod conflict - move rebuilt Tenpines down below the rest of your settlement mods (or even down to the bottom of your load order) and see if you’re still having a problem.

The problem you’re describing is normally caused by another mod overriding our deletion of the destroyed original house that’s in that location.

      What happens is this:
Fallout4.esm - the destroyed house is there as a unique reference with a set ID (that cannot be changed).
Rebuilt_Tenpines.esp - We disable (but can’t change) the ID of the reference for the destroyed house, and build a new house in the location using new ID’s.
MysteryMod.esp - puts in an ITM (identical to master) reference that’s copied from the original Fallout4.esm, which re-enables the ID of the destroyed house.

Mods in Fallout (and Skyrim) follow a “last loaded mod wins” policy when it comes to making changes to a reference (an item in the game world that you can see) or to an item you can use or interact with (like a gun or a recipe) so the ITM of the reference of the destroyed house from the mystery mod overrides our disable of the destroyed house’s ID and thus re-enables the destroyed house, but the old reference can’t interact with the new house we built because the new house uses new reference ID’s.

One of your mod developers is sloppy, careless, or just didn’t know or care, and so failed to remove any ITMs from their mod, which wreaks havoc with any other mods that their users may have already installed.

I have the same issue. The old parts of the building is still there, so it blocks you from going into the house. Any way to get a fix? And yes, the mod is at the bottom of my mod list.

Also many of the trees added by this mod CAN NOT BE REMOVED, dramatically limiting where you can build.

Nvm, I had it in my load order twice, so that was the issue...

Absolutely stunning! I'm having an odd issue where everything is doubled for some reason...like all the big stuff is layered directly on top of eachother so you can't tell it's doubled until you click it and end up scrapping the first one. The little stuff you can tell because somehow it was thrown all over the house as though a tiny tornado went through it!

No biggie though, I just scrapped all the big stuff and stored the food. Thanks for this beautiful mod.

Are you possibly running both our Rebuilt Series Prewar Houses mod AND the Rebuilt Tenpines mod at the same time?

If you’re running the Rebuilt Combined mod, you don’t need the individual rebuilds too. :-)
