    it seems there's conflict between this mod and CROSS Mojave Manhunter clothing mod
    whenever i activated the pipboy remover you can't wear the Mojave Manhunter Duster, it always automatically removed
    but if you disabled the pipboy remover you can use it again

      been having the same problem with pretty much all the pip-boy replaces. pip-pad and pip-boy 2000. weird that is only the duster. i just accepted the bug.

      Not sure if you figured out the problem yet or not but you need to use pip pad or any other pip boy mod that lets you change your pip boy to a different clothing/armor slot then what the duster uses then you can wear the duster once you've found a compatible slot for all your armor

    This works it removes pipboy without nuking the skeleton but.....

    Its has its own flashlight and I cant wear my tactical flashlight hmmm


    installing it mid game or after leaving the vault 111 gives holotape for settings

    okay can wear it again if I disabled it ingame via holotape... guess its fine for me had no other choice

    Just got this. I think I have it installed and enabled properly. However, I have a question that seems to have been brought up a few times before and the answer doesn't seem to be given anywhere.

    Where is the holotape? How do I get the holotape? Does the holotape have an ID so I can spawn it in? I'm well outside of Vault 101, do I need to remake the character? Or will it spawn in after a while of playing and changing cells?

      it is given via hidden quest on game start. if you lose the tape and the game is still running the quest, no tape for you!
      The "run once" rule will make sure it doesnt give you another copy.
      if there is a way to clean the save of all scripts, you'll still have that quest. Maybe try disabling the mod then loading, save, close fallout 4, load, save again, quit again, then enable. you'll be able to call the script again but the save will still probably have script or quest residue.

      April 2024, checked on my end. Works perfectly fine.

      Sometimes, the simpler you make your mod the better, this mod is proof that this is the way. Still working after 8 years with no updates and mod-friendly compatible with massive load order lists.

    first of: Love this mod, brilliant work, thanks.

    only issue i found so far: it removes ur left hand in first person when wearing the Nuka-Girl outfit. for what ever reason every other outfir/armor (including modded ones) work fine.

    pipboy flashlight is now shining 90 degrees to the right of the character instead of the front when turning on the flashlight. any way to reconfigure it in the files manually?

    Nice job. The only mod I've tried so far that gives me no issues with removing the pip-boy. This mod is also compatible with the fix for the creation club fix for pip-boy paints.

    While its cool to be able to see the makeshift armor on Kellogg's Outfit on my character, when I bring up the pipboy the texture is really low rez, I got a really nice pipboy retexture from the black widow armor mod, even though I don't see it on my character in third person anymore I would still like to be able to see it clearly when opening the pipboy... Is there a fix for this?
    (There is also a slight issue of the pipboy making the equip noise every time open it, it gets a little annoying.)
