If you go to craft the anti-material rifle, you will get stuck in the workbench and have to revert to an old save to get out of it. This mod is broken. "You can just type such and such to get out." Not good enough. A mod is no good if the player has to worry about console commands. I'm calling this one dead and broken.
The anti-materiel rifle is not in the Ranger armor mod anymore. It was buggy and it was decided to remove it instead of fix it. If you still want something like that, I'd highly recommend the PTRS rifle mod or the makeshift anti-materiel rifle mod. They're both great in game functionally and cosmetically.
It's possible that the rifle will come back in the future, since there's a FO:NV conversion in the works. But I wouldn't hold my breath!
necroing this but looks like the anti-matierial rifle is back on the NCR Veteran Ranger mod, if you wanna take a look at making another patch for it :D

I was just going to point out the same thing; I've had the NCR Vet armour for yonks and it's now craftable at the AE workbench. Had you done this a few months back it would've been great :/
