It only functions for the vanilla 10mm pistol.

Uh no the 10mm/.40S&W rounds do not have more power than a 7.62 nato round or a .45acp. If someone told you that they are lying. I own many guns and have some in those calibers. The 10mm/.40S&W is basically just a hot 9mm round with size increase, It just has higher velocity and is slightly bigger. There is much more to ballistics than velocity, There is weight and how long the energy lasts. If velocity was all that mattered then people could simply carry 22lr.

Wrong. As an actual shooter and hand-loader I can tell you the 10mm and .40s&w are not interchangeable and the 10mm is in fact much more powerful than .45ACP even +p. Here are the numbers and its not even close.

      .45 ACP; 185 - 230-grain bullet @ 850 - 1000 fps = @350 - 400 ft-lb.

      10mm; 180 - 220 grain bullet @ 1,100 and 1,300 fps = 600 and 700 ft-lbs.

The 10mm is close to the .41Mag in performance - both far out-perform the .45ACP.

I think it's not working for non auto 10mm Pistol.
Please make it work with non auto pistol too.
More damage more AP to consumed.
    More logic. Thanks~

I like more 'oomph' with a gun, especially the 10mm, as I always found it a bit lacking...

Keep fire rate in mind. A stock 10mm (semi-auto) with a Two-Shot legendary mod will do just as much DPS as Overseer's Guardian (modded to semi-auto), which is a .45 combat rifle with a Two-Shot legendary mod. So in e-z terms, they will both do 500 damage in 3 seconds (ignore the fictional damage number, I can't be bothered to math it out) ... in fact, that is my main 1-2-3 hotkeys. 10mm, .45, then .50 sniper (all two-shot). The huge downside to the 10mm and it's insane fire rate is that it eats ammo like a fully automatic.

If I bothered modding it, I'd raise the damage but make it fire slower. Say, 20% for both. Really, no one needs to fire as fast as the 10mm does. It would be impossible to maintain any control because of the recoil.

I never use a gun on full-auto, first and foremost because of ammo preservation, secondly because of inaccuracy with medium to far distances.

I usually build-up my sneak first, then weapon and science perks for silencer purposes and either snipe most adversaries or get close up and very personal. One well placed shot is worth a thousand bullets, preferably with a not too heavy (weight-wise) weapon that packs a serious punch

Yeah, I learned early on that automatic weapon were just a waste. I give them to my companions with the companion infinite ammo mod, and that's it. It's fun to watch. A semi-auto 10mm will fire just as fast as some full-auto pipe weapons if you're not being careful.

I did consider giving the weapon more recoil, but the thing's inaccurate enough as it is, plus with the larger parts the thing weighs almost 7 pound.
I'm also loathe to limit a weapons fire rate, being that the mechanisms don't care at all if the gun is pointed at the right point, they're gonna cycle just as fast or slow as they always will (debris and lubrication nonwithstanding). If one also considers that most of the .45 mod pistols hit around 90 damage I still feel the 10mm is a bit underpowered, honestly I feel it should probably maxing out at ~120 but I've left it as is, perhaps later I'll make an additional setting for the mod that allows for higher damage
