Alright, I updated the mod to both fix the problem of the Stimpaks not healing health by percentage, as well as to remove them from the "thirst" list, meaning that you'll no longer take a hit to your fatigue when you use one.

A very nice idea, I've missed New Vegas' Doctor Bags a lot.
I'm trying the mod, so I'll report if I detect any issue.

is it script heavy? in xedit i see a lot of npc changes. i just want the addition of
    1) Survival Medkits
    2) way to craft it
    3) stimpack no limb restoration

without it affecting loot table or npc

So far, so good. It took me far too long to find something like this that actually works well with my other mods. Made a few changes in FO4edit, but is nice. Thanks man!

Edit: This mod does conflict with LooksMenu Customization Compendium, just FYI. I'm gonna see if loading this above LMCC fixes the problem.

Update: Didn't work. This mod conflicts with LooksMenu Customization Compendium. You can still use LooksMenu, along with LM related mods, such as tattoo overlays, but the hair colors, moles, scars, "tattoos", etc, added by LMCC won't work. Just so you know. Honestly, the pros of this mod outweigh the things I was using that were added through that mod, but that's just my opinion. Now if I couldn't use the overlays, I'd be pretty butthurt, so I'm glad that those work at least.

Could you please let me know what you edited to make Stimpaks not heal limbs. I for the life of me can't figure it out haha. I want to make a mod that has stimpaks only heal limbs temporarily, say 5 minutes or so. Thanks!

It would be nice if you added one in Vault 111, say in the Overseer's office next to the stimpacks. Because the radroaches keep breaking a limb before I can get to the handgun. Otherwise, Great Mod! Thanks!

Can we please get a version that does not cure illness. (that makes the game a bit easy) (and on thirst list) HARDCORE MODE to the fullest.

Could we get this AMAZING mod on xbox? There are no other mods like it on there and it would be extremely popular!

I found out I couldn't craft the medkit because it required more than 5 different items. It said I didnt have the requirements even though I had chemist and all the other items. Once I reduced it to 5 different items it worked. Interesting. I wonder if any other mods have this "bug"

Tried your mod today. Dont know if its a bug, but stimpacks heal 2 hitpoint (at first), i have to use two shot of stimpack to get it to normal value, but even there, the stimpacks only heal a number of hitpoint instead of a percentage. The same thing goes for the medkit and also medkit doesnt heal my limbs

Do you have another mod on that edits the effects of stimpaks? That would be the only thing I can think of that would cause that, since I had to write a script to get the stimpaks in this mod to still heal by percentage, but not heal limbs on the player (while still healing limbs on npcs). So if you have any other mods on that edit stimpaks, that could be overriding this mod. As for the medkits not healing limbs, not sure what would cause that, since the medkit is an entirely new item, and doesn't have anything vanilla in it to get altered. I'd suggest first reinstalling the mod, and if that doesn't work, turning off any other mods you have on and seeing if it works then. Let me know what happens.

I tried everything possible, deactivated some mod, put it on top of load order (was worse stimpack didnt heal a thing), put it on bottom of load order, etc. Heck i even tried the mod alone and it was still doing what i said in my first post. And i did reinstall it too

With all my mod off even the dlc off, it should have been working, but no. Wich left me like "uh what"

Edit: could it be because of FO4 new update ?
