My main character was very similar to this, and I had the sudden urge to share it with the world. So I spent over a hour designing a new character that resembled my old one, though improved.
There is two files, one just after you stop looking in the mirror, starting the story from the very beggining. Or for those who'd rather skip the begining, there is another save thats just infront of the vault exit.
Customize this how you want, its a canvas, waiting to be riddled with scars and Rad Tats.
To add this save into your game, do these steps.
My documents > my games > fallout 4 > saves > Copy+Paste the .fos file
