For the past week I have been painstakingly enabling/disabling 100+ mods in an attempt to find out what is causing a random, but consistent base on zone, crash.
With just Locky Bastard and FO4 Hotkey mods loaded, I can guarantee to crash the game in particular zones such as Vault 114 and Hubris Comic. With just any one of the two mods loaded, I cannot reproduce the crash.
I cannot fathom why these two mods is causing the crash.
