I have tried to install this mod multiple times, to no avail. When I do get it installed the magazine and the holotape are not in the location notified. I have also tried the Player.placeatme <code> and nothing is placed in front of me, behind me or anywhere else for that matter. I have also tried the player.additem <code> and while the items show up in my items, no pool is activated, nor can I just drop the items and pick them back up (once again, it seems to not be dropping anything). I am currently using the most up to date version, as well as using the Clear Water mod (which I'm going to uninstall in hopes that it fixes the issue). Please advise.

Clear Water mod has nothing to do with it not working. I have both and both work fine. Load order has no issues with using this mod. You might have a broken workshop menu issue- why it's not showing or you need to set the settings to separate menu in holotape.
