This is a simple mod which raises the minimum and maximum spawning levels of NPCs throughout the Commonwealth. Some adjustments are small, others are quite large, but overall the changes aren't too much for the experienced player to handle.

It is common for enemies to be carrying miniguns, mini nukes and missile launchers. I reccommend pairing this mod with Commonwealth Spawns Extended for the best experience. Enjoy.
This mod doesnt increase the number of spawns just the levels. In most cases the level at which enemies spawn has been doubled, in some quadrupled and there isnt any logic to the leveling so it makes for unpredictability.
There isn't much else to say for this mod except be ready to change how you play the game because there's no more running and gunning. This mod makes fighting a tad more challenging and adds some more excitement to the game. It's great to walk along and see NPC's firing mini nukes at each other...
Update!: I have made the mod less insane so there are less issues with crashing, making the game more stable. Unfortunately the new version is less insane than the last but far more stable. This update may make the game less insane than before but you will crash less, my game has been very stable since i did this update. Though I do miss the old enemies. Ill put the old version on Bethesda.net so ppl still have access to the insanity
Installation:
Simply drop the .esp file into your Fallout Data file.
Remember to check the load order in game and make sure it is near the top and activated.
