Overview
Build a working typewriter in your settlement from Resources/Misc, then just activate it to save your game! Old typewritercreates an autosave while regular typewriter creates a proper save. Only really useful on Survival difficulty of course. The message about an ink ribbon being removed from your inventory is only for "immersion" and a bit of Resident Evil feel, nothing gets removed from your inventory. ;-D
