You'd think there would be more of that going on, since there are so many mods like this one that haven't been touched in over 6 years, but modders act like they'll go to internet prison if they even look at a mod that's been clearly abandoned.
Heck, I've been hoping anyone would update Darth Wayne's craftable enemy spawner mod so it'll actually spawn critters from the DLC, but nope.
There should be a time limit so a mod can be free-for-all after the modder walks away from it and does nothing but, say, add new friends.
honestly at this point i'm going to learn how to mod just to update mods that have been abandoned if the MA wants me to remove the mod then they can tell me themselves and give me a damn good reason for the lack of updates
As a person who's obsessed with Plague Doctors, I really want to use this mod..however the Googly eyes bug tf out of me. Is there maybe another version that removes this?
I started modding FO4 on console years ago before I joined the PC master race and this mod was always in my play-troughs. A little simple mod such as did just makes you really say Hey thanks Madders for working with a bass akwards system that Bethesda put out to give us free shit.
That being said, they do pop up at level 1 and they will merc your a$$ so you've been warned.
I wish someone would make a different mod with a Plague Doctor theme. Primarily the armor. This mod is clearly abandoned. The outfits look super good but the enemies are far too hard and can spawn super early. Not to mention the armor and weapon is far too OP. The spawn rate of the armor in-game is also super low. This can be fixed with console commands but still. My current character is nearly level 50 and I still have problems with these guys lol!
my issue is the hat and the mask is one item and not separate. im so sad. i wanna do a tactical plague doctor medic style character. sad too that this is the only one out there, i think the modder has left this behind
lmaooo theres two right next to red rocket near sanctuary hills. If you see them RUN also they lurk around the forests they stand very still its kind of scary.
Thank Vishnu I was using other mods so I had a sniper rifle that incinerates them when I unload a whole clip.
But they like to spawn in groups of 2 and 3 and just stand around Blair Witch style, so I MAY drop one from stealth, if I'm lucky.
Otherwise, it's reload and try a new tactic. Like my "That Gun" that I've dropped a kneecapper legendary on. Best way to handle enemies, crit their legs with a kneecapper legendary. They just lay there (except some ghouls and deathclaws).

HAH!
There's a pair of them by the dead brahmin right down the hill from the Red Rocket, so yeah, they'll appear when you're LEVEL ONE!
Sure, I'm playing the mod version that's on the Bethesda site, but comments here indicate it's exactly the same as this one.

I really only added this mod because I wanted the mask, etc., not because I wanted to s#*! my pants every time I walk from Sanctuary to Boston.
