I love this location, and honestly couldn't believe it wasn't a potential settlement! So thank you for this! It's a shame that it doesn't get listed among the other settlement and I can't scrap almost anything to make it decent looking, but I don't think these are bugs. Hope you'll have the time to tweak it!
could you consider doing revere satellite array, it's a large area with plenty of room, once it's cleared of mutants and the dish structures are cleared away, there is a tiny inlet right beside, and it's within a stone's throw of finch and county crossing..
Guten Aben, I have downloaded a couple more mods, apparently with working settlers and supply lines, I'll have a look at them in F4Edit, maybe the mod makers would like to help you include them in yours?
Finally, When i first found this location i said to myself. Awesome a almost fully built settlement where the bleep is the workshop. Feels right to take back a pice of the waste land from the institute and then keep it
