   This is fantastic!!! My only suggestion would be to change the red cross (Usually indicating blood/healing) to the Radiation symbol

      The red cross was on RadAway in the original Fallout games: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/RadAway_(Fallout)

   I like the new one better and will use it - but like other people said, this is one of the original textures that was ok to begin with.
   There are others that really need emergency help badly - not that I'm going to tell you what to do but ya know
