Just added three more mods to this - the High Pressure Receiver, the Explosive Spike Launcher and the Tripmine Launcher. They all should be working fine, see the main page for more deets.

Additions:
* Added the Shielded Receiver and Irradiated Rail Spikes, a receiver that deals less up-front damage, but inflicts additional radiation damage. * New texture for Irradiated Rail Spikes. * New mesh for Explosive Spikes (janky though it is).
Changes:
* Tweaked the damage values on the Explosive Spike Launcher and Tripmine Launcher to make them less viable if simply shooting the enemy. They'll still pack a punch, but the explosive charges are now a bit more useful. * Tweaked the High Pressure Receiver for a slower, yet more potent balance.
If anyone has any problems/questions, let me know!
Hey even if you said that that version is final, could you make a version without the special ammo needs? cuz i rlly dont like adding new ammo then it could just be done over the reciever( flechette for example consuming 5 shots instead of a flechette ammo)

I am using for lols with the trip mine spikes, but the vanilla rfle version fires 10 this how ever fires 4 so the constant reloading to try crowd control is increasing annoying, using the medium scope and long barrel for better range and acc, but not a fan of scopes / magnification, so mght just change the sight back .. Why was the ammo reduced to 4 from 10 when attachng the trip mine ammo
The high pressure modification is extremely innaccurate, whether its scoped or not, short, medium or large scope, reflex sight or iron sighted, the spikes increase in innaccuracy as the scope gets bigger and bigger, and even without the scope is less useful than the standard barrel. Might as well hip fire with that mod at point blank range.
i see a lot of comments about not having to use special ammo, but really what would make this mod perfect is to be able to craft railway spikes from steel. you get so much steel in the game, and it would really alleviate the hassle of finding 500 of em just to make 100 specialized spikes. also a 'pistol grip' lightweight mod would be cool, or a super-heated mod, sorry for throwing out so many suggestions, but i have always liked the railway rifle, and i like this mod a lot as well. endorsed.
