4K Stimpack Retexture Mod. created by Arctureas.
Install either manually by placing the Textures folder of this mod in your Fallout 4 folder, or install using NMM.
Thank you for installing. It means a lot to me :)
I created some of the textures in this mod myself using GIMP and Paint.net. I used royalty free images for the rest.
