    Thanks for this.
Btw, never edit the "Fallout4.ini" file as it can cause problems. Always use "Fallout4Custom.ini" for editing.
Edits in "Fallout4Custom.ini", takes precedence over variables in "Fallout4.ini".

YOU ARE MY HERO, I've been searching and reading for an hour trying to get rid of this, finally found an old archived reddit post pointing here, THANK YOU!!! I was just about to give up and uninstall the game until I found this, I was literally getting whiplash before this.

hmm, now the 1st person character camera makes a small stutter-like jump when stopping movement. It's honestly worse than vanilla imo

what are the default values? would be useful to have a reference point for tweaking

edit: sorry, the same stutter-like jump is in vanilla I just hadn't noticed
    aaaaaargh
or maybe one of the 1st person view tweaks is interfering, hmmm

Is it just me or has this fix stopped working?

No. This tweak fixed the issue  for a time and now all of a sudden I load my game up and the annoying wobble is back 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Doesn't work for me. Tried putting [Camera] above and below general. Nothing seems to work.

You can type [Camera] by self if it's not there.

If you cannot find it, add [Camera] section manually.

The vanilla game kinda makes it feel like your a bobble head when moving because of the combination of head bob and the oscillating camera. The head bob you would expect moving around but not the oscillating camera but here's something else, the oscillating camera would make sense inside a suit of power armor just not the head bob. It would make it feel more hydraulic/robotic but with maybe more rigid movements. Just a thought.
